5-htp and serotonin helps boost your fitness regimen
When you exercise, your brain releases a flood of chemicals that help improve your physical and mental health. Serotonin, a chemical messenger in the brain, is intimately involved in supporting your fitness goals and maximising the benefits you get out of exercise.
Exercise increases serotonin production and makes it available for brain use. Serotonin in the brain is produced from 5-htp, a nutrient that can be extracted from a plant called Griffonia simplicifolia. 5-htp’s only known use in the brain is serotonin production5HTP is a naturally occurring Amino Acid. Its also a chemical precursor as well as a metabolic intermediate in the biosynthesis of the neurotransmitter serotonin.

5-HTP
5-HTP is a derivative of tryptophan, an amino acid that is present in high protein foods such as meat and dairy products and whilst the body makes its own 5-HTP from tryptophan.
However, for those vegetarians, requires supplementation, as you are unlikly to get as much tryptophan in your diet, and as 5-HTP is not found in food and therefore requires supplementation.
5-HTP may also be converted in the body to melatonin, an important neurotransmitter that regulates the sleep-wake cycle.Naturally sourced from the seeds of the plant Griffonia simplicifolia.
Finding of a group supplementing with 5-HTP significantly reduced their carbohydrate intake—and reported higher levels of satiety (or fullness) at the lower level. These findings suggest 5-HTP may be a useful dieting supplement for those going on a low-carb diet.
Reviews
I have been taking these capsules for just over a week, and I have to say I have noticed a HUGE improvement in my mood! I have also noticed a reduction in my shoulder pain. I have taken all kind of promising products along with 5-HTP before via other brands, but have never felt this good on any of them, which goes to show how much rubbish is in other brand's. I find just the 1 capsule (100mg) works wonders now. So happy to have found this company that has made such a difference to my mood.
I've tried several 5HTP brands and THIS is by far the best. I'm using these every 2-3 days for the last 3 months, having a good sleep and be in good vibes in general. There are quite a lot of fake products of this 5 HTP online, H&B online are the worst. always buy from Atlas Performance. I never had an issue with the packing and/or delivery. Watch out or ask for any promotions and you'll get a good deal.
I tried Atlas Performance 5htp last night for the first time. I can say it was best nights sleep for a very long time. which is brilliant. Thanks to Martin and his Supplements. I will continue to buy from Atlas Performance. Don`t think i need to shop else where.
I am so grateful to have found this product! It has helped me to feel calmer and more balanced/ focus for the day ahead. I would highly recommend this product to anyone struggling with anxiety/mood swings, or need to feel fresh for the working day.
This supplement has proven to be highly effective in promoting restful sleep. I have experimented with various brands, including those from H&B, British supplements and eBay retailers. All making outlandish claims for its supplement products.
