Boswellia Serrata (Indian Frankincense) – Boswellia has been used for thousands of years and for a long time has been recognised for its (fast acting) natural anti-inflammatory properties.
Boswellia Acid is the major and most important constituent and is thought to contribute to most of the herbal pharmacologic activity(is the study of how a drug affects a biological system and how the body responds to the drug). Research, however, has found that long-term use of Boswellia for patients with osteoarthritis is safe and effective.
Our Indian Frankincense extract contains no less than 90% Boswellia Acid .

  • Frankincense oil is the common name for the resinous extracts derived from trees of the genus called Boswellia, part of the Burseraceae plant family.
Boswellia serrata is a tree native to India that produces special compounds that have been found to have strong anti-inflammatory, and potentially anticancer, effects. In fact, long before inflammation-lowering medications and supplements existed, extracts derived from different species of the boswellia tree were used to treat all sorts of inflammatory conditions, such as arthritis, inflammatory bowel disease and heart disease.
Boswellia Starts to make its mark Week 3-6: During this period, many users report a reduction in inflammation and joint discomfort.

    Boswellia

I’ve been taking Boswellia for more than 1 month and I definitely feel my the aches and pains from arthritis have eased. I also think it’s important to to take them over a longer period to get the most benefit. As this is a strong grade would prefer a smaller dose for a long time period plus they’re very good quality with no hidden fillers.

    Someone has done their homework

Reasonably priced and reasonably effective. Having taken them for several weeks my knee pain has lessened.

They appear to be effective but not a magic bullet !

Only had this for a few days but so far so good. I don’t know how quickly it’s supposed to take before feeling results but willing to try for a month
