I take 2 right away in the morning. I feel much happier, more energetic, more alert, eat less and have a major sex drive. Since I stop taken meds for anxiety and depression I was nervous about buying this product after reading a review that stated it made anxiety and depression worse), probably override the negative effects that yohimbine might have on someone like me. I feel like I am losing weight so far even without exercising yet. I plan to start some simple cardio and see what happens.
This supplement actually burns fat. Remember to calculate the dosage according to your weight, and then count 2 hours after your last meal before taking it. It has to be taken on empty stomach (fasted state for at least 2 hrs), or it won't work. Immediately head to the gym and do High intensity workout or cardio. Also empty stomach for a pre workout - I didn`t use the option of matcha green tea. I didn't cause any jitters, heart palpitations, stomach upsets- nothing.
I am no stranger to yohimbine, I have tried many brands and this is by far the best one. The effects are very noticeable within minutes, tho take few days to suppress my appetite. but notice an increase in my energy levels and sexual appetite. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quality yohimbine supplement.
Ordered this and it came next day. Impressive, tho a Strong quality product. I only can take 1 a day, may work better for others but prefer lower dose or might be the other ingredients that gives me nausea. Can cause nausea for a hour or so if taken with caffeine. Assess your tolerance!
Worked... Taken for less than 1 month
I had an awesome erection, however, Sexual Desire has decreased even more since I haven't taken it. I felt I'm irritable, little flushed and nausea short time after taking the dosage, but got an erection and notice had more performance in my work activity.
