SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are sent out First class Recorded by Royal Mail. 

The estimated delivery window provided by Royal Mail is 2-4 working days. Some orders may occasionally be subjected to longer transit time.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Returning Products.

We are proud of the quality of our products and as such, if you find that your products arrive physically damaged, the recipient should not take delivery of the package without a certificate of damage from the carrier, as it is necessary to initiate a claim procedure with the carrier. or in a state not for human consumption.

Purchased items must be returned to the Seller at the buyer’s own cost within 14 days of the date of the notice of withdrawal from the purchase contract.

Purchased items must be returned to the Seller undamaged, in their original packaging and unchanged in quantity, unless the items are destroyed, damaged, lost or reduced in quantity, without any fault on the part of the user (buyer).

I’d like to return my item.

If the product is unopened and you do not wish to keep it, you must return it to us within 14 days from receipt to the address below, for a refund minus shipping costs:

We advise you to send your parcel by registered post with a delivery note so that your claim can be resolved, even in the case of a lost parcel, on the basis of the delivery note via tracking number. You can send us the delivery note and the name of the carrier by email to customersupport@atlas-performance.com

What do I do if the tamper seal label is broken?

A properly sealed package will ensure the maximum shelf life of a product is reached.

A broken tamper seal label is evidence that someone tried to disturb the package once it was sealed. Please info us immediately and do not consume the product. We will take the necessary step.

If you’re returning an item bought as part of a multi-buy or buy one get one free offer, you will only be refunded the product’s price in proportion to the total offer. This does not affect your right to return faulty items with proof of purchase. This returns policy is in addition to and does not affect your legal rights.

 

Did you get the wrong item s sent?

If you have received the wrong or damaged items, please send a claim to customersupport@atlas-performance.com  with details (including photos) within 14 days of receiving the package. We will check whether you are entitled to a replacement with new items and provide instructions accordingly. Please include your order number in the relevant line and provide all your details (first name, last name, address and telephone number) in the message so that we can easily locate your order and process your request promptly.

REFUND POLICY

When issue a refund, the customer will be refunded their full or partial purchase amount, depending on the request. Once your refund request has been processed,  you can expect to see the refunded amount within 7 working days.
